Habari is a new (by comparison) blogging system, created by a group of ex-WordPress users. It seems to have taken the blogosphere by storm, with a surprisingly large userbase for it’s relatively short life. I’d actually go so far as to say I’ve been more Habari blogs than TextPattern or MovableType blogs recently, two systems which once were prime competitors to WordPress. Continue reading »
It’s not even the weekend yet, and I’ve already completed nilved.net. Go take a look! Now I have the entire weekend to rise my Halo skill to 40 (35 right now) and work on Avocado. I’m a little upset I couldn’t get Viddler video thumbnails on there, for some reason MagpieRSS has a problem with it’s XML scheme which using namespaces and such. I hope to add it in the future, mind you.
Right now most of my online personality is on this website, Seat 29e. I had originally intended for it to be just a blog, but this has slowly gotten out of hand. nilved.net, my main website, is being neglected. I’ve decided that, starting on Saturday, I’ll gradually remove things from this website, and start developing nilved.net, essentially making this just a blog, and finally developing a page that is all about me in a single place. Gears of War was released on November 2nd, 2006, to amazing reviews. The great gameplay was like Resident Evil 4, but with considerablywell, not considerably more gore, and considerablywell, not considerably more chainsaws. Maybe RE4 was a bad comparison. With that aside, Gears of War 2 has been confirmed for November 2008 (my bet is on the 2nd) and a teaser trailer has been released. Here’s the video, but remember it’s quite gory.
